FIM SuperEnduro World Championship heads to Liverpool Echo Arena

SuperEnduro Grand Prix Race Day will take place on Sunday 17th November 2013. A provisional schedule will be published on Friday 18th October 2013. Tickets can be purchased on-line, direct from the Echo Arena Box Office via this link:  Buy Tickets Online

At the Echo Arena, motorcycles and cycles will both race on a unique, extremely challenging, special indoor track as SuperEnduro races into Liverpool for the very first time. The FIM SuperEnduro World Championship is for motorcycles, whilst SuperEnduro Racing is for cycles. Hosting these sports at the same event provides the unique: SuperEnduro Grand Prix Race Day

SuperEnduro track design, combines constantly changing surfaces, speed segments, jumps, rock sections, biodegradable material obstacles, water splashes and other challenges, making this a difficult, technical track for all the racers, but a jaw dropping visual feast for spectators!

The FIM SuperEnduro World Championship is the pinnacle for this type of all-action, physically demanding motorcycle sport and it’s the first time that an event within this series, has been held in the United Kingdom. The 2014 series sees the Echo Arena in Pole Position when it starts on 17 November 2013, but then it travels around the World during the winter to Finland, Poland, Brazil and Mexico before finishing in France on 22 February 2014. The FIM SuperEnduro World Championship was originally entitled ‘Indoor Enduro’ and made its debut in 2000, at Barcelona in Spain. It uses elements of existing outdoor motorcycle sports including Enduro, Trials, Motocross & Supercross, but then condenses the results into an indoor, televised, adrenalin filled, spectator-friendly event

The FIM SuperEnduro World Championship and SuperEnduro Racing both demand extreme levels of bravery, skill, determination and athleticism from riders who must compete in several races, in order to determine the overall winner in each class at the end of the event.  Bonus appearances by special guest stars, will add even more atmosphere to the ‘edge of the seat’ adrenaline experienced during the racing itself. We’re confident that people will be amazed at the skill of all the competitors, especially as SuperEnduro is probably THE toughest indoor racing in the World. Come and watch it live and you’ll understand why!  It’s going to be a great show; we want you to enjoy every minute of it!
