A number of books have been donated to the ACU Benevolent Fund by the family of Lou Ellis, a former Benevolent Fund Chairman. The collection, includes books featuring motorcycle and four-wheeled motorsport and date from the 1950’s and 70’s.

All the books have been valued for sale and a small selection of titles are as follows:

BP Book of the Racing Campbells by Richard Hough 1960 Estimated value £20 - £25

Francis Beart – a Single Purpose by Jeff Clew 1978 Estimated value £40 - £50

The Art of Motorcycle Racing by Mike Hailwood/Murray Walker Estimated value £50 - £75

Anyone wishing to make a donation in respect of one of the above books, should contact Trish Arnett on 01788 566407.

We would be grateful if at least the minimum estimated value is donated for each title. A full list of all the donated books is available HERE.
