The ACU Trials and Enduro Committee feels that there is a need to reiterate its policy of selecting and sending teams to represent Great Britain at this and any future ISDE. The Trials and Enduro Committee have a limited budget allocated to them in order to assist Official ACU Teams to attend the ISDE.
The actual Teams (Trophy, Junior and Women’s) therefore have to be assessed by the Committee and deemed a worthwhile expenditure of Licence payer’s money.
Individual Riders will be only be considered for selection if they have put their name forward in advance to the ACU British ISDE Team Manager gbisdetm@yahoo.co.uk, who will then monitor, assess and consider each riders performance at the pre-named events (details can be found on the ACU website).
As the ISDE approaches the Team Manager will present his findings, proposing individual and possible teams, to the Trials and Enduro Committee. The Trials and Enduro Committee have the final decision on Riders and Teams that will represent the ACU.
