Darley Moor Motor Cycle Road Racing Club are delighted to announce that Craig and Sam Francis have agreed to become the Management Team in the newly re-vamped Chequered Flag Café at Darley Moor Centre, Ashbourne.
The couple who are local to the venue have a considerable experience in the catering industry. Craig, a very experienced Chef has been involved in the industry all his working life, having trained on leaving school at Buxton Catering College. Sam has many years’ experience in Ashbourne, in front of house roles.
Both are now working very hard to establish a suitable menu for their new venture which will open its doors to the public on Saturday 2nd March.
Don Ryder, Chairman of the Club, stated that he was delighted to welcome Craig and Sam on board the team at Darley Moor Centre and was sure that the Café would go forward in leaps and bounds.
Craig and Sam said they were very enthusiastically looking forward to this great new challenge and hoped to greet many friends both old & new at the Chequered Flag Café at Darley Moor Centre.
The Chequered Flag Café is situated at Darley Moor Centre just 2 miles South of Ashbourne on the A515 towards Sudbury. Initially it will be open every Saturday Sunday and Bank Holiday.
