ACU riders continued their success in the FIME European
Trials Championship with Alice Minta taking the Womens’ championship and Dan
Clark the Over 40 Championship.
Alice was pushed all the way in the championship by fellow
Brits, Kaytlyn Adshead who took victory in Sweden to finish third in the series,
with Alicia Robinson finishing fifth.
Dan Clark retained his Over 40 title with five wins out of
the six rounds, his only slip being beaten on day one in Sweden.
In the Junior category, Brett Harbud finished ninth and in
the International Womens’ class, Holly Dixon and Brianna King achieved podium
places at several rounds.
The ACU Trials and Enduro Committee are extremely proud of
our riders’ achievements, and the U23 squad support money will hopefully offset
some of the costs involved for the eligible riders who travelled the long distances
to Norway and Sweden for the final 2 rounds .
