Round One and Two held on weekend 18th and 19th, with just under forty championship contenders in various classes at both events is great to see for 2023 season.
On Saturday Nene Valley Motorcycle Club organised the event although the club has held Normandale and British Championship Sidecar events in the past this was the first Ladies and Girls that the enthusiastic members of Club have organised and was suitable for all classes at the compact venue.
With a number of riders moving class during the winter new names have emerged on the standings of 2023.
On Sunday North Berks MCC used the well known Seymours Arena for the three lap x twelve section event. A large variation of marks lost in the ten classes and C class Championship contender Daisy Craig winning her class with just one mark lost. In the Ladies Championship class Alice Minta adapted very well to the power of her Scorpa 300cc after riding a 250cc machine the previous day to make it a double headed win for her to start her Ladies Championship season.
