Member update on the new ACU system –24th February 2023

This week marked a significant milestone in that the staff in ACU Head Office have now cleared the backlog of support tickets, putting us in a much stronger position to offer timely support to our Members. We would ask that you continue to send in such support requests to the integrated ticket desk by clicking ‘Contact Support’.

We also suggest you take a look at the support articles located in the same section as it might be that the answer to your query is available, without the need to submit a ticket.

Listed below is what is new and imminent on the Membership System.

Sign-On Sheets

Sign-On Sheets for Solo Competitor Entries can be downloaded from the ‘Reports’ section of the Event Admin Panel.  Initially, these will be in the same format, sorted alphabetically by surname.

Note: Race Numbers are not included at this time but will be revisited as part of the project to allow real-time amendments to Race Numbers by Event Organisers

Event Eligibility Checks

As mentioned in the last update, this check is being enhanced to cater for instances of entries being completed before Event Organisers have loaded Licence requirements to Class categories.

This has been tested and signed-off and is scheduled to be pushed live during week commencing 27th February 2023.

Event Organisers should be aware that automated eligibility e-mails will be sent accordingly from that time.

With this enhanced check, Event Organisers for Events taking entry on the system will not need to check licences at event registration, rather will only need to heed which entrants are ‘Ineligible’.
