NG Racing Round 7 - 17/18 September

The final round of 2022 has come around way too fast from the March round at Oulton Park !! and we move to Anglesey where all the championships will be decided.

The blue ribbon classes, the Phoenix Open , Bluebell lakes Powerbikes and the IMS 600 all have their champions but the runners up are still open to those chasing the points.

The closest fight will be the ACU 250 National Championship with only 15 points between leader at present Tommy Lawlor and Bobby Varey, 75 points up for grabs at the weekend, Simon Hunt and Jim Hind back from Manx grand prix duties and missing Castle Combe still have a chance of a place on the final podium but need the dice to roll their way !! either way it will be a nail biting finish , calculator at the ready !!

The coastal circuit could play a hand in the outcomes too, with it right next to the sea and in view of Snowdonia the weather has been known to turn on a dime from clear blue sky to driving rain in a very short time!! Not to be under estimated in the dry a real challenge in the wet with the very fast straights and the complex up at Rocket, Peel and coming down the Corkscrew, which has got to be one of the most amazing corners in the UK ( unless you can tell be different ? )

Either way with a full compliment of classes from the budget Ducati Desmo and Bandits but not short on excitement, the 250 and 125 2 stroke GP machines, 600s and the open class it’s going to be a frantic way to end the years racing.
