Adam Ellis and Richard Lawson head to Lonigo, Italy on Saturday where they are set to represent Great Britain in the FIM European Pairs Semi-Final.
The duo will be looking for a top two finish to qualify for the Final which takes place in Denmark in September.
Ellis said: “We will be hoping to be making some good starts as the big flat Italian circuit is tough to pass.
“If Richard and I can make some good starts there is no reason why we cannot qualify for this European Final.”
Ellis, who rode in the Semi-Final in 2017 with Josh Bates, will be hoping for a repeat performance where on that occasion he scored a seven ride maximum.
