Why not 'like' or 'follow' the National Road Rally on both Facebook and Twitter?
Log onto Facebook and search for "National Road Rally" then you can "like" it, post photographs and comments.
Log onto Twitter and search for "@nationalrally" then you will be able to follow the feed and post comments.
