Kenny Williams

The Enduro world is reeling this morning after the sad news of the death yesterday of Kenny Williams from Mid Wales.

Regardless of organisation or affiliation, everyone who has been involved in mainstream Enduro will have been involved with Kenny.

Many older riders will have found him a more than formidable opponent when riding and after this, his organisation and involvement in the Welsh Two Days is legendary.

Additionally, Kenny has of late has been Clerk of Course for many British Championship events and of course the Weston Beach race, and his enthusiasm for Enduro remained as strong as ever .

As Welsh ISDE Team Manager, as well as fund raiser and representative for all things Enduro – Kenny will leave a huge gap which will be almost impossible to fill.

All those who have ridden, organised or just had their ears bent by Kenny will be deeply saddened today - and I know I speak not just for the ACU – but the whole of the Enduro community when we extend our sympathies to his son, Jonathan and the whole of Kenny’s family.
