The ACU Road Race Drag and Sprint Committee have agreed to continue to support the ACU riders selected to take part in the 2012 FIM Red Bull Rookies Cup.

Support will also be given to the top 2 highest placed riders aged over the age of 14 but under 16 in the ACU Cup, to help them compete in the final two rounds of the Spanish CEV Buckler Championship in 2012. The ACU Cup is run as part of the BSB British 125cc Championship.

Dr Paul King, Chairman ACU Road Race Drag and Sprint Committee, said “I am delighted that we have been able to continue with this vital support for the youngsters in our sport. Over the years the support that has been given has resulted in several riders becoming leading lights in World Championship events.”
