Last Sunday saw the 5th running of the North Berkshire Supertrial held at Seymours Arena not far from Didcot. British Champion James Dabill eventually took the first prize in front of a huge gallery of spectators when he won the final by just one mark from Michael Brow. Dabill had been well clear of the field until the last 4 hazards where he had a bad series of rides but up until then he had been well clear of all of his rivals including French ace Loris Gubian. Gubian would eventually finish fourth just behind Britains Jack Challoner
