Its now only a few days to the 2011 UEM European Solo Final on 27th and 28th August 2011 at the fabulous Thorpe St Peter circuit, close to the holiday resort of Skegness and home of the famous Lincolnshire Poacher event.
In hot dry condition 18 year old Tom Perry retained his Under 21 British Grass Track Championship run by the Ledbury MCC on Sunday. On a fast circuit Tom was challenged hard by Charlie Saunders and Georgie Wood, but always seemed to be in control. Georgie Wood did well having little practice due to late arrival following a break down on the way to the track.

On the 8th and 9th October the Danebury Grass Track Racing Club are hosting the Danebury Youth Best Pairs and Quad Racing. The event will be taking place at Lower Manor Farm in Stockbridge.
With less than five weeks to go until the 2011 Master of Midshires, plans are a foot to make it another meeting to remember. The work on track preparation has begun and will continue in the build up to the meeting.
This year’s ACU British Masters will be taking place on the 14th August at Swingfield in Kent, with all the action taking place on the Sunday.
