The entry list includes Brad Anderson, Stephen Sword and his former team mate Tom Church. With Practice at 6:15pm and the first race at 6:45, there will be the normal 11 race programme with each class getting three races. The final race of the night is the big money Grand Final ‘Dash for Cash’. The entry fee for the evening is just £5 for adults and children under 14 free.

After the drama at Duns, this weekend the third round of the Goldspeed ACU British Quad Championships travels to the recently revamped Tinker Hill Motocross Track in Newry, Northern Ireland. With all the action taking place on Saturday 2nd July, organised by Quad Racing Ireland, riders and spectators alike will be looking forward to watching the next chapter in what has so far been an exhilarating 2011 championship. Round two was a tale of consistency and pace in muddy conditions as current British Champion Paul Winrow on board his Honda 450 showed his winning instinct in race one. Round two also saw a start to the championship campaigns of Paul Holmes and Jason Macbeth, who were unavailable for the opening round due to european race commitments. With no youth championships taking place, the first race will start at 11am. Admission is £5 while under 12’s go free. The postcode for Tinker Hill motocross track is BT34 1QJ. Further information about the track can be found at www.quadracingireland.com.

The ACU Motocross department regrets to announce that the second round of the British Ladies Championship scheduled to take place on the 16th and 17th July has been cancelled. The event was due to take place on the 16th and 17th July at Canada Heights alongside the fifth round of the BYMX Championship. Unfortunately with just over two weeks until the event is due to take place, the decision as be taken to cancel the event due to lack of entries. With less than 10 riders entered for the Ladies Championship after contacting all female riders within the ACU the unfortunate decision has been made to cancel the Second Round.
