Whatever your age -why not
If you have not been to a Motorcycle Trial, either as a competitor or spectator, and would like to find out more about the sport, why not come along to the Waltham Chase Trials Motorcycle Club “Fun Trial”.
The Club invites anyone who is interested to an open day at Hut Hill, Winchester Rd, Chandlers Ford on Saturday the 6th August, between 2.00 pm and 4.30pm. to see what "trials riders” do
“Trials” is not about racing or speed, it is a test of balance and control, in which a motorcycle is ridden through a number of “observed sections” including obstacles such as fallen trees, mud, rocks and inclines.
Age is not a barrier - the Club has members aged from just five years through to seventy five.
Steve Saunders, ten times British Trials champion, will be on site to demonstrate what can be achieved with practise. You will be impressed!
But the club does cater for riders of any ability, including beginners and our “Wrinkler and Wobbler” more mature members, riding less challenging routes.
Everyone is welcome , including non riders, who would like to join us and help with the running our sporting and social events.
A location map , along with more information about Motorcycle Trials , can be found on the club website www.walthamchasetrials.co.uk
