At the end of Day 3 it iss Dougie Lampkin who has taken control at the front of the 2011 Scottish Six Day Trial, as he looks to take a record breaking sixth win. Lampkin produced a strong days riding, dropping only one mark, while Tuesday’s leader Michael Brown suffered his worst day dropping six marks and slipping down to fifth place in the standing.
Second place is now held by James Dabill after another day of only dropping one mark to remain two marks behind Lampkin. Third place is currently held by Graham Jarvis and last year’s winner Alexz Wigg has moved into fourth place following another clean route on day three.
