Last Sunday’s British Masters Qualifiers at Washaway saw Paul Johnson/Kevin Woodley and Mark Simmonds take the respective Sidecar and Solo wins. The colourful character Paul Johnson was crowded the winner and the top qualifier for Lydden in August after four heats and a semi-final when it was decided the combination of dust and the setting sun meant the finals were cancelled.
