For the attention of all potential ISDE Club Teams
As you are aware the ISDE meeting scheduled for Dec 18th had to be cancelled due to the severe weather conditions, and this means that much of the required paperwork for the 2011 ISDE will now have to be completed immediately when we return in January. It also appears that the FIM will be requiring information sooner than normal.
Mr Ted Bartlett has informed you of the deposits required for the reserved hotel etc

We have today received from the FIM the Pre – Entry Form for ISDE Teams , and this will have to be completed by the ACU in first week in February , therefore your initial Team entry will need to be with us before that date – although there will be no requirement to name riders at this point.
Please note – that as we sent no teams to Mexico in 2010 – the Priority of Entry for ACU Club Teams will remain exactly the same for 2011 as it was in 2010.
