GB FIM World Trial at Nevis Range

Fort William is calling

The incredible setting at Nevis Range was not chosen by chance, with its permanent infrastructure, unrivalled terrain and mountain gondola all adding up to offer what promises to be one of the best GP’s the World series has seen in its thirty five year history. The traditional sections are sure to suit our home riders with a good chance of British success in all three classes. Jack Sheppard heads the charge in the youth category, whilst his team mate Jack Challoner is the main threat in the Junior division, and who would dare bet against Dougie Lampkin coming up with the goods to clinch his 100th World win on home soil.

Youtube street trial phenomenon Danny MacAskill will headline Friday’s full schedule, which includes official practice and a return of the TV favourite ‘Kickstart’ (more details to be released soon), ahead of two days of full-blown World championship action over a compact and spectator friendly course. The four sections at the top of the mountain, reached easily by gondola, are simply stunning and must not be missed.

In short, never has there been a better reason to visit the Scottish Highlands. Discounted advance tickets, which include free gondola access will remain on sale until Friday 18th June (full price tickets will be on sale on the gate).
