World Championship Trials press release
Following their most recent visit to the venue, Jake Miller of L+M Events spoke about how things are progressing ahead of their late June event. “The snow has been great news for Nevis Range, as they have had one of their best winters, with skiers and snow boarders enjoying great conditions. Ultimately with its gondola and network of ski lifts, the venue is well equipped as a winter destination, and that includes the hard standing car parking and access roads.”

“Currently our top group of sections are covered by several feet of snow, but that will begin to melt at the back end of April and will allow us plenty of time to do the work that is needed on that part of the course. Other aspects of the event are really taking shape now, and we remain confident that we will be able to deliver an even higher standard than we set at Hawkstone Park.” Miller continued.

“Nevis Range is a really first class venue and has the permanent infrastructure and facilities that will help us take trials to the next level. The compact nature of the course, the gondola access to the higher sections and the paddock set up with its grandstand seating and a large screen showing live footage will allow to create perhaps one of the best rounds the FIM World Championship has ever seen.”

“The advance ticket offers we currently have on sale mean that a family can save over £100 by booking now and even on a standard adult 2 day pass you can still save £20 by buying early. Also on our website there is information on a good range of accommodation to suit all budgets including details of local campsites and hostels. Fort William is the home of trials, so we are sure that the fans are going to make the journey north to be part of this very special occasion.” Ended Miller.
