THE Road Race Committee has approved a change to the machine capacity restrictions for riders of 11 yrs of age.
This change permits 11 year old riders to compete on up to 70cc automatic production based scooters with a restricted carburetor size of 19mm in addition to 125cc automatic production scooters.
