The seventh round of the Sammy Miller Products Championship, which takes place on 18th October, is the 62nd Greensmith Memorial trial organised by the South Birmingham MC.
This well known event will start from the Three Horseshoes Inn at Wheathill on the Ludlow to Bridgenorth road. Free Bacon sandwiches and
coffee will be available for all competitors and officials before they
start off on the 35 mile long route.
There will be 10 groups of sections over the 35 mile route which encompasses the beautiful Shropshire countryside and will include Earnstrey Barns, Lower Norncott, Brockleton Brook.
There are still five competitors in the running for the prestigious Sammy Miller Trophy. This award goes to the competitor who competes on a British machine and finishes all rounds losing the least marks overall. With three rounds remaining in the series all the Championship classes are still wide open so a good class entry is expected for this round of the Sammy Miller Products Championship.
Steve Allen is currently leading the way from Graham Howes with Godfrey Hannam in third place.
