Monday September 7, 2009 at 12:19pm
The final round of the 2009 European Trials Championship at Castelloli in Spain saw Alexz Wigg finish in second place while Jonathan Richardson won the UEM Cup.

The fifth and final event was a tough one held on the slopes of the Catalonian mountains in Tona near Barcelona.

The overall title was picked up by Frenchman Loris Gubian who finished in third place behind Wigg, but he secured enough points to seal the Championship. Wigg finished in third place in the overall Championship thanks to consistent results.
