TSR1 ELIGIBILITY/LICENCING

UPGRADING - For events of below National status, a rider may compete in any class higher or lower at the discretion of the Organisers; however the rider must always comply with the maximum capacity class for their actual age.

For National competitions, a rider may, at the discretion of the Trials & Enduro Committee be upgraded to a higher class; however the rider must always comply with the maximum capacity class for their actual age. A written application supported by written approval from the rider's Centre must support such National upgrading.

A rider who enters any event in a class below that of his/her age group shall do so on a 'no award, no points' basis.

TSR35 - JOINT ADULT/YOUTH EVENTS

Youth classes may be included in adult events. Youth and Adult classes must compete for separate awards.

There is no actual change to the intention of the TSRs, this is merely clarification. The revised wording is valid for immediate effect and will appear in the 2010 ACU Handbook.
