Officials of the Merthyr Motor Club will hold key positions in the Trial. Mr Dai Bedford is Clerk of Course with his Assistant Martin Price. Mrs Kay Bedford is the Secretary of the Meeting. The organising team will lay out the three lap, fifteen section course for which a total time allowance of five and hours is set for all riders to complete the event. Mr Bedford and Mr Price have recovered the sections which were utilised in the 1990 F.I.M. Bracken Rocks Trials ground requires your help Mansfield Maun Motorcycle Club requires the urgent help and assistance of Trials riders, marshals, officials, photographers and spectators from the past 50 years. The club have found themselves at odds with the local authority after the recent upgrading of toilet facilities on the site with the new portacabin based toilets.  These replaced the old shed that was converted to a ‘toilet block’ until it virtually fell down.  The ....

Have you ever competed in trials events at Bracken Rocks site in Derbyshire?If so, you may be able to help secure planning permission to keep the essential new toilet cabin available on site.Do you remember an old shed near the car parking area, which was fitted out as a basic toilet block?If you remember this - or better still, if you have photographs showing it - the Mansfield Maun Club needs a letter (and possibly an affidavit) from you as a matter of urgency, saying when you used Bracken Roc....
