The ACU Trials & Enduro Committee have been asked several times to consider re-introducing the Masters Class as a mid way level between the British Championship and the Expert Class. It would (as before) use 6 sections of the Championship Class and 6 from the Expert Class. Whether this class is included in 2008 will be dependant upon the response to the Registration form, which is being mailed out to all registered riders of the 2007 Championship and is also available here.

As a guide:
The Championship Class is open to riders of know ability.
The Masters Class is open to riders who have previously competed in the Championship Class or who have had successful results in the Expert Class.
The form must be completed and returned to:- Trials and Enduro Department, ACU House, Wood Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2YX by 31st January 2008
Regarding the Expert Class, the T & E Committee have received criticism of the outcome of the priority Entry List scheme as used in recent years. In 2007 we did not have any over-subscribing to the events in the Championship and therefore for 2008 we will not be asking for riders to register for the Expert Championship, however we will be including in the Championship Regulations that priority be given in the following order:
1. Riders with points in the current year ( to be used from 2nd round onwards)
2. Riders with Championship points from 2007
3. Top 5 riders from the 2007 Youth A Championship wishing to ride Adult.
4. Top 10 riders in the 2007 Novogar Championship.
