A decision has been taken by the Road Race Drag and Sprint Committee to implement stricter Licence controls for competitors wishing to enter the TT  and Manx GP in 2006 and beyond.   This decision was made following meetings between the Organisers of the TT and the Road Race Drag and Sprint Committee as part of a general review of safety on the TT Mountain Course.   Competitors entering the TT or the Manx GP are now required to hold a “ TT Course Licence” bef....
