All clubs should now be aware that for 2005 there has been a change in Technical rules for modern/post 75 500cc solo and 500cc sidecars:
These must now be fitted with FIM homologated silencers.
Please note the following silencers are FIM homologated and stamped.
Jawa FIM TRS – 95.01
Jawa FIM TRS – 95.02
Jawa FIM TRS – 95.03
King FIM TRS – 95.04
There is some concern that some competitors will not have one of these before the start of the season. With this in mind the Track Racing Committee have decided that they will allow a short delay in the implementation of the rule until 1st May. After which the rule should be strictly enforced.
