What's On Weekly 18th and 19th June
This weeks ‘What’s on Weekly’ features more events from around the country. Here is a selection of just a few events taking place.

Motocross

Round four of this year’s BYMX Championship takes place at Dean Moor in East Cumbria this weekend and marks the tipping point in the 2011 seven round series. At last year’s fourth round event held at the very same scenic venue all four of the eventual champions took the section win. Also on the card in Cumbria it will be round three of the adult two stroke series where Luke Remmer holds a commanding lead over Ben Howell in the 125cc section. In the 250's Carlton Husband and TM mounted Stuart Edmonds are locked in an enthralling battle where Husband has the slight advantage following the opening two rounds.

The Woodbridge club will be holding to their third meeting of the year at the Blaxhall circuit on the 19th June. The meeting will be an allcomers meeting where the Best Expert and Junior riders on the day will be competing in a series of heats, consolation finals, semi-finals finishing off with a Grand Final. Local favourite Syd Bales will be in action following his recent run of good form along with Jay Morland, Stuart Dyerson, Luke Benstead, Chris Bastick and on form Brad Tomlin. Also competing will be Aston Bird and team mate Ollie Stearn as they prepared for the Maxxis Championship at Desertmartin the following week. The 12 race program gets under with practice starting at 9.30 with racing getting underway at about 10.15. Adults £8 accompanied children under 16 years old are free, unaccompanied £4 and the event will be Signposted from the A12, the Club would also like to remind riders to follow the Road Signs and not cut through the Village due to an increase problem with the Local Residents in the Village.
Enduro

On Sunday the Sudbury MCC will be holding the third round of the EMG Eastern Centre Enduro Championship. The meeting will mark the third round of the championship and is set to taking place at Home Farm in Little Hadham, Herts. The Sudbury MCC have been working to producing a 6 mile lap course covering a series of open fields, ditches and woodland. With four different Championship classes all competing it is sure to be an action packed event when it all starts at 10am.

Trials

The 18th June sees Round 2 of the Macclesfield Trial Evening series take, the event is Sponsored by John Humle’s Trialsmag. The Second Trial will be the first event run on Private Ground at the Plattwood Farm in the grounds of Lyme Park. The wooded banks of this venues make a pleasant change from the Macclesfield trials normal venues, and a chance to get to grips (or not with some proper mud). The normal Macclesfield format will be followed with 3 routes of 50/50, hard/middle and middle /easy, accommodating for all abilities. Riders will score points as per the ACU championship with 3 of the 4 rounds counting and the worst score dropped. There will be classes for the Expert route riders, Inter 50/50 route, 0/40, 0/50, Novice, clubman and beginner, plus youth classes and the trial starts at 5:30pm with food available and all observers will be offered £10 for their efforts.

On Saturday and Sunday the North Berkshire MCC will be hosting a two day Trial which will form part of the Club Championship. Saturday’s event will be starting at 3pm followed by Sunday’s at 10am. The event will mark rounds 4 and 5 of the Club Championship. Featuring the Championship Classes for the Experts, Clubman, Pre 65, and Youth Class A, B, C and D at Besselsleigh, near Abingdon Oxon signed off the A420 road. There is also camping from Friday evening.

Grass Track

This weekend the Top Gun MX Championship Round Two will be held alongside the Cheshire Club meeting and for Round Two of the Top Gun MX Championship the Hole Shot marker will be brought back towards the "Finish Line". The Cheshire meeting will feature Solo and Sidecar action and features the Jim Rowlinson Trophy. Racing will be starting at 1:15pm on Sunday at the North Rode, Congleton, postcode is CW12 2PH.

Road Race

This weekend the British Motorcycle Racing Club will be holding a meeting at the Silverstone Circuit on Saturday and Sunday. The meeting features a massive 35 race programme across the duration of the weekend. With long race schedules on both days action will be starting with practice at 9am.
