Maxxis British Motocross Returns to Blaxhall on 17th July 2016
Following the success of the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship round hosted by Woodbridge DMCC earlier this summer, the club are pleased to announce that they have signed an agreement with Championship promoters, ACU Events that will see the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship return to the Suffolk circuit on Sunday 17th July.

After receiving many positive reviews from the public, riders, teams and motorcycle industry alike for the high standards of event, which included the race of the season that saw MX1 Champion Shaun Simpson charge from a first corner crash to recover and take victory in the closing laps of the final Moto of the day.

For the 2016 season the championship will feature a new and exciting race format which will see some of the World’s best riders compete against the top British riders in two longer races per class, creating close and intense racing around the demanding Blaxhall Circuit.

Once again the event will include both the premier British Championship classes for MX1 and MX2 riders such as double reigning British champion and 4th in the World, Shaun Simpson as he battles against former World MX2 runner up Tommy Searle and local superstars, Elliott Banks-Browne, James Cottrell, Jake Nicholls and a host of other International stars. Also lining up alongside the MX1 and MX2 classes once again will be the action packed British MXY2 championship class that features the rising stars of tomorrow.

With the memories of the 2015 event slowly fading into the background the Woodbridge DMCC are already busy working hard to ensure the 2016 event is a bigger and better event for all the family, so be sure to mark the 17th July on the calendar and come join in the excitement, and visit www.woodbridgemcc.co.uk for more information.
