Following the unfortunate cancellation of the annual Ken Hall International event due to the severe weather condition, it has been decided not to restage the final round of the ACU British Veterans Championship.
After looking at different options of rescheduling the event this late in the season, it has been decided to declare the Championship as a result after five rounds. The reason for this decision is due to the lack of the available dates and riders prior commitments.
The result of the cancellation means that the ACU would like to congratulate Ryan Voase on becoming the 2015 ACU British Veterans Champion after dominating the majority of the season with 13 race wins out of the 14 races held.
The battle for the silver medal saw the outgoing Champion Phil Mercer finish in second place just one point ahead of Brian Wheeler. Fourth and fifth places in the final championship standings went to Terry House and Rick Du-Feu.
