Maxxis British Sidecar Cross Championship heads to Toddington this weekend for Round 4
This weekend the Luton & District MCC will host the fourth round of the 2015 MAXXIS British Sidecarcross championships at their Old Park Farm circuit just off the M1 at Toddington.

Although the sidecar entry is a bit depleted all the top teams will be in attendance for the three championship races. Leading the championship table and still unbeaten after three rounds are the defending champions Stuart Brown / Josh Chamberlain. They lead current runners up Brett Wilkinson / Steve Kirwin by thirty three points. Wilkinson / Kirwin have finished second in the last seven races and have led a number of races at the start but have yet to get on the top step of the podium. Maybe this will be their weekend. Currently in third place are Simon Bradford / Luke Peters a further thirty five points behind.

Also in contention for top places are the Irish team of Neil Campbell / Ross Graham plus current leaders of the National Experts class, Tony Grahame / Scott Lloyd, and the vastly experienced Paul Pelling who is reunited with James Cuff this weekend.

In second place in the Experts class is another Irish team, Gary Moulds / Alan Gardner and in third is Jon Pannell / Craig Parmenter.

In addition to the three sidecar championship races there will be the Steve Barnwell memorial motocross plus South Midland centre solo championship races.

Practice will start at 09.30 hours with the first race due to start immediately after the finish of practice. Admission is £10 per adult for spectators with children under 14 free. The track has been graded and will be watered as required over the weekend.

The track is just off the M1 at Toddington and for those with SatNavs the nearest post code is LU5 6HE.
