Saturday 8th March saw the first Oset IOM at Station Garage Eco indoor trials event at Ballawhetstone Riding Stables, with 24 riders it meant every class was hotly contested.
The C class was once again won by Nick Peniata, who had a great ride to finish on 1, no help from his Father this week! Second on the day and riding up a class, competing on the harder sections was Bobby Moyer, with Ella Doherty filling the podium in third. Fourth and fifth were separated on cleans in favour of Nathan Thompson from Charlie Swales.
The D class was a family affair, with Katlyn Ashead topping the podium and Dylan Kelly finishing second, with Alfie Swales coming in third. A tie break again for fourth and fifth with Lewis Cooke just piping Corey Peters.
E class was once again dominated by TJ Teare, who with 2 consistent laps dropped 13, the ever improving Summer Peters came in second and Corbin Stewart a good third. Fourth went to Nathan O’Neil and fifth Lilia Thompson.
The action changes back to the natural stuff this weekend, with Round 2 of the IOM Youth Trials Championship at South Barrule Quarry.
