ENTRIES AVAILABLE FOR 2013 VETS MOTOCROSS des NATIONS.
With something in the region of 400 riders being disappointed at not getting an entry for the 2012 event, the organisers of the Vets MXdN have set a date of January 1st each year when the entry forms will be released, to give everyone an equal chance.

The 2013 event will once again take place at the famous Farleigh Castle circuit on the 14th and 15th September. The classes will be more or less the same as 2012, the only change being the three age related groups which will now be Over 55, 45 to 55 and under 45. The format will stay the same with practise and two blocks of racing on Saturday and two blocks of racing on Sunday. Introduced for the first time in 2012, the Evo Nations races will remain in addition to the Twinshock MXdN catagory.

Each individual class will cater for 60 riders, but only 45 will be allocated from the initial batch to be released on January 1st. The remainder will be for Guest riders until 1st August when the spaces will be filled up from the reserve riders. Request for Team Entries from an individual Country should be directed to Sonia Goggin at the ACU office during the month of January.

The organisers have also confirmed that they now have permission for live music to be played on both Friday and Saturday evenings so a full weekend is planned.

The new temporary website www.vetsmxdn2013 will allow riders who hold an ACU Licence direct to the on line entry system whilst non licence holders will be able to download paper entry forms in the traditional way. The Secretary of the Meeting will once again be Sarah Read, Unit 2 The Courtyard, Southwell Business Park, Portland, Dorset, DT5 2NQ. However, any rider who feels they will not be able to download the form or enter on line can e-mail di@rentafford.fsnet.co.uk forthwith where a printable version of the entry form will be sent by return.

The 45 riders who are initially successful in gaining an entry will be notified before the end of January to enable them plenty of time for planning for the event together with bike preparation. Once the new website is fully functional event details will be posted on a regular basis.
