The last Waltham Chase MCC trial of 2019 is the Open to Centre, Dick Hoyles, being held at Oakridge Copse, Grimstead Rd, Alderbury SP5 3RQ on Tuesday 31st December, New Year’s Eve.

The planned venue, Hut Hill, will not be available to use to March due to road works being carried out adjacent to the land. The club is very grateful to the owner, Tony Henbest, for allowing us to use the copse at short notice.

The main award for the best Expert being The Dick Hoyles Charity shield, with awards for all other class winners.

Directions: From the A36 at Whaddon take the West Grimstead Road and look out for the orange arrows. After about half a mile there is a fork in the road, keep right and start to slow down. The Copse entrance is 50 yards on right, on the bend. Follow the orange arrows along the track. When you go through the gate you can park on left, right or at the top of the central drive.
The gates are open from 8.30 for a 10.00 start.

There will be a catering van on site, and as always offers to “Observe” are appreciated.

On the day entry for this Trial.
