British Youth National round 2 switches dates to August 16/17 due to adverse weather conditions forecasted this weekend at Milton Moto Parc
The great British weather has beaten us but only for the time being, after days of monitoring the weather channels both locally and nationally, it is with great regret that RHL Activities Ltd have to postpone the second round of the ACU British Youth National Championships.
After meetings with all heads of departments, especially our medical and track team, based on the weather that is forecast for the weekend, it has been decided the event is unable to go ahead. We as a company have not made this decision lightly, but we do not want our riders and parents to go to the expense of arriving at a venue, which due to the weather forecast this weekend we may not be able to commence racing, due to the levels of rain forecast.
The good news is we have managed to switch round 2 to August 16/17 again at Milton Moto Parc. The decision was made by a majority vote by the riders and their parents, a big thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on the two option dates for the postponed round 2, with a magnificent 92% response rate.
All submitted entries for round 2, will remain valid, but we will require you to confirm your acceptance of the new date, by either sending us an email, letter or text. We are aware that holiday plans etc, may have already been made by yourselves, which may clash with the chosen date and if you notify us by the 16th May 2014 that you wish to withdraw, we will release your entry from round 2, with a full refund.
As always I must thank you all for your assistance in this matter and for working with us, in obtaining the full line ups the championship is now attracting, through the hard work and dedication of yourselves and the RHL team.
