The ACU Motocross Department would like to confirm the Official British Youth Championship Titles for the 2016 season, these will be run at various ACU Championship during 2016.
Due to the recent confusion regarding the status of different youth Motocross Championships held within the ACU the following are confirmed as the Official ACU British Championships.
The ACU British Youth Nationals is the Official ACU British Youth Championships for the 65cc, 85cc Small Wheel, 85cc Big Wheel, 125cc, and Youth Open Class. The ACU British Youth Nationals, promoted by RHL Activities has been the official ACU Youth Championship since taking over the promotion of the series in 2012.
Riders within the ACU Thor British Youth Nationals riders are able to continue their development towards the European and especially for the Junior World Championships on behalf of the ACU.
The GT Nationals will have classes for 65cc, 85cc Small Wheel, 85cc Big Wheel, Youth Open. Alongside these classes the GT Nationals will be promoting a British 125cc Clubmans Cup for adult riders aged 15 years and above.
The official and only British Championship for Automatic machines in the ACU will be promoted by the GT Nationals during 2016.
