PREMIER SHOWDOWN SET FOR LANDRAKE
This Saturday October 11th the battle is to commence at Landrake Moto Parc, which will host the final round of the 2014 Phoenix Tools Premier motocross Championships and with double points on offer this could make a big difference in all 5 Championships which have yet to be decided.

In the Expert Open Championship there is just 31 points between defending Champion Luke Hawkins on the Phoenix Tools Rocket Honda and team mate Alex Snow who have been battling it out all season and things are expected to carry on at the final round. The Tony Maunders Racing Suzuki of Jamie Skuse lies in 3rd and looks fairly safe, but in 4th it's the TwoNineTwo/Factory Touch Honda of James Dodd who will have to be at his best as breathing right down his neck is the St Blazey Husqvarna of John May who is just 7 points adrift in 5th. Other Experts who will be looking to do well include the likes of D S C Kawasaki pairing of Tommy Alba and Sunny Thompson, Dan Thornhill on the Fowlers Honda, Kelvin Townsend and Ben Butler on the Phoenix Tools Rocket Honda's, Luke Dean on the Bikestation/Meredith Suzuki, Todd Kellett on the Talon/Apico/S J Hodder Honda plus many others.

In the Over 35 Championship it will be Nick Life who will be hoping to sow things up as will Chris Brown and Mark Gleadhill in the Over 40’s and Over 50’s Championships, but there is plenty of other talent in attendance.

The Junior Championship has Jack Stevens on the D S C Kawasaki with a slender 69 points advantage over Lewis Barfoot which Stevens knows could be lost in one race and he will have all the pressure on him. Another battle is set for 3rd and 4th between Bradley Barfoot and Jordan King as Barfoot has just a 9 points advantage.

Landrake Moto Parc has excellent viewing with easy parking and will be signposted off the A38 South of the Tamar Bridge with the first race at 10-30. (There are still places available in all classes, so if you want to ride ring Mel on 01626 365335)
